The Solution:
Following a home visit, Chris created the proposed designs and then invited our client back in for their CAD design to discuss the suggestions he had made and available options to them.
Chris had made a few suggestions following their list of requirements as well as the stone feature wall they wanted, which they chose in their final design. By rearranging the layout of the room, the wash basin became the focal point of the room, whereas before it had been the toilet which was now being moved to the corner of the room.
Instead of having a separate bath and shower, Chris suggested that they extend the length of their current bath by replacing it with a longer one, and incorporate the shower into the bath to optimise the space in the room. Against the stone feature wall, this brought the final room design together well.
Once confirmed, and the client was happy to proceed, the bathroom was ordered and the installation and renovation process was ready to begin.
