The Client Brief
Our client had three rooms they wished for us to commission for them in their home in Buckingham. This case study highlights their modern cloakroom renovation. Following their visit to our showroom, where they were able to browse our variety of bathroom displays they met our designer, Chris, who was able to guide them through their options. They expressed their wishes for all three of their rooms to be styled the same.

Following a visit to their home to measure each of their rooms, Chris then created designs including the items they wanted and style and invited them back to the showroom for their CAD meeting.

The Solution:
In all their rooms, they opted for a dark green colour scheme and impressive Lexington Maple tiles to be installed. In this particular room, they had the Lexington Maple tiles installed from floor to ceiling. These tiles are a brown ceramic tile, with a matt finish complete with a wood effect. For their floor tiles, they chose Durango Acero tiles from Porcelanosa, which are a grey stone with a matt finish and a stone effect.
When designing your new bathroom, our designers consider everything down to the smallest details. In this cloakroom, there was a ledge below the Laufen sanitaryware which Chris had the floor tiles also installed on to create a shelf.
A beautiful, wall hung Laufen Pro washbasin, complete with a suitable storage cupboard, was installed below their Hib round mirror, which had a black trim. The black trim of the mirror matched the matt black Hansgrohe mixer, creating a perfect addition to the modernisation of the room.
To the side of the washbasin, we resituated their existing towel rail, which fitted seamlessly in the remaining space.
Our client was extremely happy with their new ensuite, and the team were proud of the outcome of this project.
