We offer a free planning service within the Milton Keynes area, which allows us to take accurate measurements of the room to confirm that your chosen products will fit. We will look at the existing space, from which we can assess what type of products that will be the most beneficial to you. We understand that your bathroom may be the smallest room in your house, so we will try and make the most of the space. If you are planning on heading to the showroom, we always find it helpful if you bring along a rough pencil drawing with overall room dimensions to give us an idea of how much space we have to work with.
We have access to a multitude of different bathroom products. If you know the name or style of the products you would like to incorporate into your design, we can help source them. For those looking for something completely new, we can work with you to piece together options to suit your taste. We appreciate that changing your bathroom can be difficult as you are spoilt for choice, so we will try and make the process a lot easier by offering you the solutions to your problems. A visit to the showroom will allow you to see a huge selection of products that are on display.
Every bathroom is unique, so it can be tricky to give you an exact costing until we have assessed your requirements and developed an accurate specification with you. We recommend visiting the showroom to see what product ranges interest you and form a project budget you are comfortable with. We have a range of products on display at different price points, all with different benefits, so we are sure we can find something to accommodate any bathroom and any budget.
The amount of time spent in the showroom depends on the scale of your project. Appointments can take as little as half an hour if you already have a good idea of what you are looking for. Alternatively, if you are unsure about your bathroom, we are happy to spend as much time with you until you are comfortable and confident with your choices. Order times vary from product to product; we recommend allowing 3-4 weeks from placing the order to receiving your delivery. Singular items can be sourced more quickly, and special order items will take longer than this, but we will advise you of the lead time before you place your order.
Hopefully, you have seen a few examples of products, and you have some ideas in mind. You may have overall dimensions, and you may have a timescale in mind for your bathroom project. The next thing to do is get in touch via phone or email – details can be found on our contact page. You can book an appointment with a friendly and knowledgeable member of the team who will be happy to guide you around the showroom and answer all of the questions you may have.
A wetroom has a floor sloped towards the drain, there is usually no raised shower tray and creates an open-plan look which is perfect for accessibility and high-end luxury. A walk-in shower typically uses a very low-profile shower tray and one or two glass screens. While they offer a similar “open” feel to a wet room, they don’t require the entire room to be tanked, making them a faster and often more budget-friendly installation.
Generally, no. However, there are situations where you will need to obtain planning permission or consent from your freeholder. While you might not need planning permission, you must comply with UK Building Regulations. We highly recommend seeking guidance from your local council about planning permission before starting your project.
